Service Description
I offer four week meal plans that are specially tailored to you. I take the time to find out what you’re eating on a consistent basis to identify your current caloric/macronutrient intake and put them through a calculator to put you on a plan that compliments your goals. These plans include weekly check-ins that allow me to tweak the plan for ongoing progress. Pair this with a workout plan for better results and a lower rate!
